Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Shipping Rates & Handling Fees

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout using our carrier Nationex (or Canada Post/Purolator), based on the delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.

Media Cash Register Inc. reserves the right to select the shipping carrier used to fulfill an order. This choice will not affect the delivery time selected at checkout.

A handling fee of 1% of the shipping cost plus $2 is added to the carrier’s quoted rate to cover packaging and order processing.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Nationex, Canada Post, or Purolator and may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Mediajab is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date so we may assist you.
