Moneris / Ingenico Desk/5000 Thermal Paper Rolls
Moneris Desk5000 and Ingenico Desk/5000 refer to the terminal model used to identify the paper here. Both names appear in MediaJab’s compatibility finder for our 2 1/4-inch thermal formats. Order by the terminal model, not by the Moneris name alone.
A 40 mm compartment: compare the finished roll
Ingenico’s Desk/5000 sheet specifies a 58 mm-wide roll cage with a 40 mm diameter. Moneris also lists 2.25-inch thermal supplies for Desk/5000. The coreless MediaJab options below have stated diameters of 34 mm at 50 ft and 36 mm at 60 ft. Select the coreless variant shown: a change to a plastic core changes the finished roll specification. Desk/5000 is a countertop model; use the separate Move/5000 guide for that device.

Before you order
Confirm the full model, configured paper width, permitted diameter, centre requirements and actual paper thickness. A 2 1/4-inch width is about 57.2 mm; 3 1/8 inches is about 79.4 mm. The 58 and 80 mm categories are common nominal descriptions: follow the manufacturer’s tolerances. For a multi-location purchase, validate a roll on the installed equipment before standardizing the order.
